Students can prepare for PMI certification in just ten weeks.

Ocean County College is pleased to partner with the Project Management Institute (PMI) to offer project management certification training that prepares individuals to obtain valuable certification in only ten weeks.

Successfully completing 365球赛平台’s course will enable students to sit for either their Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) exams. Both are globally recognized credentials awarded by PMI that serve as a stepping stone for aspiring project managers as well as those looking to expand their career options by enhancing their project management skills.

The training provides a solid foundation of project management principles, terminology and guidelines. Students will learn the fundamentals of project management and the role of project managers, including project life cycles and processes, risk management, managing schedules, costs, quality and resources. This type of certification is not limited to a specific sector: project management skills are an essential toolkit for employees in almost every industry. Critical skills such as organization, time management, problem-solving, decision-making, collaboration and effective communication are all qualities that can help individuals distinguish themselves in a competitive job market and stand out to employers in any career path they choose.
