Enrollment and Degree Verification

Current and former students, as well as outside organizations may seek enrollment or degree verification(s) through the National Student Clearinghouse.

Current Students

*Complete the Enrollment Verification Request form at no charge to:

• Obtain an enrollment certificate to print and mail to a health insurer or other company that requests proof of enrollment
• View the enrollment information on file with the Clearinghouse
• View the proof(s) of enrollment that the Clearinghouse has provided to their health insurers and other providers of student services or products
•  View the enrollment verifications performed on their behalf for the student service provided

*Students will be directed to sign into their Ocean Connect account to complete the form

Alumni, Former Students and Outside Organizations

Alumni, former students, and outside companies and organizations can obtain proof of enrollment, degrees, professional certifications and attendance by accessing the National Student Clearinghouse Verification Services website.

• Enrollment Verifications $2.50 per request
• Degree Verifications $14.95 per request
